UNINFLUENCE.ME is operated by Metamotiv Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17051069. Email yasemin@uninfluence.me. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version and a short description. Never send your password, payment-card number or Apple verification code.

A pause did not start

Open Settings, confirm Screen Time is enabled and check that UNINFLUENCE.ME still has Family Controls permission. Return to the app, select at least one app and try again. Restarting the device can resolve a permission state that has not refreshed.

Manage or cancel a subscription

On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions and select UNINFLUENCE.ME. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple. Use “Restore purchases” inside the app if a paid entitlement is missing after reinstalling or changing device.

For a copy or deletion of information linked to your account, email us from the address you used to register. Read the full privacy notice.

Safety

Do not select an app if blocking it could prevent urgent access to health, travel, identity, banking or emergency services. The app is designed to add a considered pause to shopping, not to control every part of your device.
