UNINFLUENCE.ME is a trading brand and digital service operated by Metamotiv Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17051069. References to “we”, “us” or “UNINFLUENCE.ME” in these terms mean Metamotiv Ltd.

Using the service

You must be at least 16 and legally able to agree to these terms. Use the service lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, bypass its safeguards, copy its protected content or access another person’s account.

What UNINFLUENCE.ME does

The service provides reflection prompts and, where supported and authorised by you, tools that can shield selected apps for a period you choose. It is a behavioural aid, not financial, medical or psychological advice. No blocker is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or impossible to override; operating-system limits, emergency access, deletion and technical faults can affect it.

Free and paid access

Features may be offered free or through UNINFLUENCE+ at the price displayed before purchase. The planned monthly price is £5.99, subject to the final App Store listing. Apple manages iOS billing, renewal and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account at least 24 hours before the renewal point. Any trial terms will be shown before you subscribe.

Your choices and responsibilities

You decide which apps to select, how long to pause them and whether to act on any prompt. Keep your device and account secure. Do not rely on the service where a delay could create danger or prevent access to an essential service.

Intellectual property

The UNINFLUENCE.ME name, design, written material, software and original content belong to Metamotiv Ltd or its licensors. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the service while these terms apply.

Availability and liability

We aim to provide a dependable service but may change, suspend or withdraw features. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, to the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, purchase decisions, savings not achieved or failures caused by third-party platforms.

Ending access and governing law

You may stop using the service at any time; cancelling a subscription does not normally refund a current billing period unless consumer law or Apple’s policy requires it. We may restrict access for serious misuse. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory rights you have as a consumer where you live.
